My boss asked me to make a new design for this program and gave me a few weeks to do it. We wanted to make something fresh that would attract the attention of students (particularly freshmen).

Though I referenced the previous flyer, I ended up coming up with something completely different. I initially made some notes and small sketches in a notebook before making a brief mockup in Illustrator.

I had a color scheme in mind while I was working, but knew that I should have at least three options to present to my boss. We ended up deciding on the third color scheme I presented.
This was my first time making something completely original for Campus Ministry and it was such a joy. Seeing my design posted around campus for the first time was a feeling that I hope I never forget.
